Classical Ballet is world renowned as the core of modern dance, through Ballet training students learn discipline, posture, control and elegance.
Contemporary Dance classes provide students with an eclectic movement vocabulary from a wide range of contemporary dance techniques, including Graham, Cunningham, Limon and Release based work.

Street / Commercial
One of the newest additions to our Children's dance timetable. Our Street & Commercial classes are both fierce and fun. With the evolving dance culture our classes are delivered by industry professionals who will both challenge and motivate students in their own style.
Our Tap dance classes combine traditional and modern tap dance technique and performance. Tap is driven by rhythm and style, being one of the hardest styles to learn but the most fun!
modern / jazz dance
Delivered through a wide range of styles, Modern Jazz picks up traditional Jazz Dance technique with the development of strength and flexibility.
Previously known as TheatreCraft these classes develop performance, personality and stage presence within our students through Musical Theatre Genres.
Aerobics offers an energetic workout to burn calories, tone muscles and get the blood pumping! Don’t be put off though, you can always work to your own level, either low or high impact and get a fantastic workout that will leave you on a high! Emma has been teaching aerobics since 1999 and this year, will be studying to become an Exercise To Music trainer, coaching and assessing new fitness instructors.
Supple Strength incorporates techniques used in both yoga and pilates, combined with strengthening exercises to achieve an effective all over body work out. Participants are encouraged to focus on the core muscles in the abdomen and lower back throughout the class in order to develop strong posture and a flat stomach. Through strengthening , stretching and balancing exercises Supple Strength will leave you feeling toned, flexible and relaxed.
DANCE-FITNESS / ZUMBA
Cardio Pump uses weights (optional) to tone the core muscle groups and build stamina and strength
Work those core muscles with this 30min express workout which targets your abs, gain strength, definition and feel amazing!
Express Burn is a 30minute high impact fitness class based on interval training principles. Using both cardio and toning exercises this class will make you sweat- a lot!
Body Blitz is one of our newest classes, delivered by Louise which uses weights, steps and kettlebells to provide an intensive workout which both burns calories and tones. There are loads of options available for all fitness levels so come and give it your all and see the results you want!
